As a senior student of Information Technology Systems at the University of Texas at Dallas, I bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving. With my strong technical background, I am committed to finding effective solutions and helping businesses thrive.I have always had a passion for understanding how things work, especially when it comes to technology. This curiosity has followed me in my academics, where I have honed my skills in data analysis, programming, and system administration. Being able to understand various facets of SQL, I was able to create an ERD illustration and create a dataset that was later placed into the Oracle Live SQL platform. Carrying this experience, I am expanding my knowledge by taking a more advanced course that will further develop my skills by working with mySQL and MongoDB.As a data-driven individual, I enjoy using data to inform my decision-making and problem-solving processes. Having worked with tools, such as Tableau, has helped me conceptualize the importance of proper data representation. Considering how easy it is to misinform the recipients of each visualization, it is of high importance to myself to ensure the public receives an accurate illustration.   - Analyzed national data sets carrying over 500,000+ users to provide a comprehensive understanding of Aflac's operations.- Utilized SQL to condense information and extract key insights, focusing on metrics that displayed the quantity of users and would either group them by state or the type plan they had.- Integrated SharePoint with Tableau, streamlining data access and ensuring real-time updates for Aflac's performance metrics.- Generated various graphs and visualizations within Tableau, utilizing copied SQL queries to present detailed analyses for the dashboard, including performance comparisons between previous years and year-to-date figures.
