Expert on Organizational Change, Human Resources Management and Management Development, Pablo Barassi graduated in Psychology with honors (USAL). He graduated from the Management Development Program at IAE and completed the Master Degree in Strategic Intelligence (UNLP/ENI), with specializations in Managing Change in Complex Organizations Program (Soan School of Management – MIT) and Cross Cultural Management Program (at AOTS – Japan).He is currently partner and director of Integrar RRHH. He served as HR Regional Director of the Philips Group for South Latam. He served as Human Resources Director for Zurich and for the LVMH Group, Communications, Integration and Development Manager and Human Resources Management for the Retail Banking and Risks business area of Banco Santander Río. He served as Project Leader of Change Management and Human Resources in Price Waterhouse & Co.He collaborates with the Management and Academic Training Board of Centro de Estudios Logosóficos (Center of Logosophical Studies) in Belgrano, which belongs to Fundación Logosófica for helping human development. He is a university professor and has served as Director of the Vitivinicultural Management Program of ADEN. He is the co-founder and co-director of the Degree in Leadership at the Leadership Development Center (CDL – ITBA).
