As a child, I grew up in Chile. Living in extreme poverty in a tiny shelter made of plastic windows and dirt floors. One might think living it circumstances like these would have shattered my spirit. But it didn’t and that was mainly due to my Grandfather. He was a compassionate man who taught his family to have vision and go after what you wanted in life. Working all day, he would study by candlelight at night to become a Train Conductor.
