- Ensure compliance with the daily production schedule, meeting all quality standards.- Motivate the staff towards achieving the daily goals of the three automated production lines of metal panels. (cutting and bending).- Organize the Scheduling of the personnel in charge.- Ensure the delivery of metal panels to the insulation line, painting line, glazing lines and shipping department.- Ensure accurate scanning of all products in the system and labeled correctly.- Participate in the planning of production orders.- Monitoring production staff from on time starts, break time, and shift turnovers to maximize efficiency.- Play a key roll with inventory controls, ordering, and maintain sheet metal inventory levels for production needs.- Coordinate with the Automation Department preventive and corrective maintenance of the machines.- Actively participate in the safety processes of the plant including posting safety bulletins, performing weekly/monthly safety walks, as well as any reporting required.- Conduct meetings with production crew.- Resolve personnel problems by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.

- Receive in good order all incoming glass.- Maintain an accurate inventory of all glass on hand.- Supply all glazing lines with glass they require.- Communicate with Glass company personnel when needed on any issues related to glass receiving or how glass is received. (Mixed series of glass, broken glass, evening deliveries etc.).- Give direction to and work with pallet jack glass handling staff.- Support glazing lines lead hands with their needs relating to glass.- Look for ways to improve the manner in which the company receive, manage, and organize glass.- Refer to glazing dashboard and ensure glass receiving percentages are accurate.- Maintain, keep track of and deliver any glass to our shipping dept that needs to ship directly to site. (Windows that had to ship to site without glass because remake glass was not received in time. Or glass that is ordered directly from site to be delivered to site).

- Direct operational activities and administration of the Aluminum Factory from production planning to execution in the different production lines and supervised all logistics processes in order to satisfy customers and meet organizational objectives.- Manage a work team of more than 1100 employees from all production lines including foundry plant, 7 extrusion presses, 3 liquid paint plants, 2 powder coating plants, anodizing, mill finishing, insulbar, pour and debridge and sublimation.- Monitoring daily operation schedules for all departments for accuracy and ensuring daily operational goals are realized.- Monitor the purchase and arrival of supplies in order to ensure compliance with the production plan of the lines.- Partner with plant safety manager to ensure safety requirements are met.- Partner with plant quality manager to ensure quality requirements are met.

- Manage the Finishing Department, from the production planning, programming and process control administrative and operational of three plants that meets standards: electrostatic liquid paint, powder paint, Sublimation and Anodized plants. - Responsible for directing and organizing daily production and performance efficiencies in order to meet clients requirements.

- Direct, control and maintain all processes related to Inventory Management of approx. 600 references of aluminum extrusions.- Coordinate work team for the management of storage of more than 1200 tons of Aluminum. - Design, Implementation and Administration of the Operational Model of the Department of logistics.
