Duties:• Contribute to the Experian’s Risk Transformation Program to manage risk and support delivery of business strategy by developing and implementing a standard process to document master control activities based on IT General Controls (ITGCs).• Supervise and coach a team of 3-4 senior risk professionals tasked with managing the Risk and Controls program, utilizing a data-driven approach to monitor and improve current processes in order to meet the evolving demands of the organization.• Oversee the creation, monitoring, and upkeep of the IT Control Library in the GRC tool to ensure alignment with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, effectively mitigating Global Top Risks.• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cybersecurity matters. Interpret and implement security policy requirements to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems.• Partner with technical and regional stakeholders during the implementation process, offering assistance, providing expert consultancy on projects and services to support risk mitigation and control implementation, ensuring clear communication of policy requirements and expectations, and ultimately driving effective risk management and higher adoption rates.• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to facilitate central and regional implementation of the master control activities.• Develop and prepare governance KPI reports on status of risk assessment, control effectiveness, gap remediation to the Senior Leadership team.• Deliver results a highly regulated industry in a global environment, offering support to cross-functional teams spanning various time zones, regions, and projects.

Duties:• Identify and validate inherent risk rating for third parties by understanding business models, service design, classification of data provided and platforms. • Coordinate and perform information security risk assessments for the North America region.• Roll out of the Third Party Security process in the Spanish LATAM region including Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Mexico.• Assist with the third party contract review process.• Review third party external assurance reports such as SOC and PCI.• Manage third party compliance with TPS review cycle.• Provide direct line of communication to internal stakeholders for security risks.• Report vulnerabilities on control design/effectiveness.• Document issues in the Experian’s GRC tool.• Provide escalation path for information security issues and inquiries.• Socialize Experian’s TPS process and requirements with internal clients, customers and third parties.• Collaborate with business units to ensure TPS activities enable the business to achieve its objectives.

Duties:Consulting & Audit: • Partner with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their service needs and expectations. • Drive implementation of IT Governance and IT Service Management best practices (Cobit/ITIL) in local public and private financial institutions. • Perform control assurance audits.Project management: • Supervise project scope, risks, and schedules, ensuring timely reporting of vital project data to inform stakeholder decision-making. Skilled at aligning and managing stakeholder expectations to achieve project objectives and desired outcomes.Training: • Design and implement client-specific training plans to facilitate effective learning experiences. • Conduct workshops and training sessions for groups exceeding 20 participants, ensuring knowledge transfer.
