Experienced and results-driven M&A professional with more than 13 years of high-level experience in corporate development and corporate and investment banking (M&A).Currently, I hold the position of Executive Director at the Spanish bank BBVA with responsibility for global coverage of a portfolio of financial sponsors specialized in the energy, TMT, and infrastructure sectors.Before that, I was part of the M&A team holding the position of Senior Vice President where I successfully closed c. 20 deals in Iberia and Latin America with a special focus on energy, TMT, and infrastructure sectors.Previously, I was part of the corporate development team with a focus on investment and acquisitions in the Fintech space and strategic assessment for the BBVA Group.I am also a professor at ISBIF Finance School, where I teach subjects such as Corporate Finance, Merger and Acquisitions and Valuation.My educational background includes a Master’s in Finance from CUNEF and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
