Generating results like:- Development and implementation of Lean planning systems adjusted to the conditions and realities of companies and projects.- Development of comprehensive Technological Architecture and real-time indicator monitoring platforms.- LEAN and/or BIM training for more than 250 people.- Increase in the productivity of the Labor Force by more than 30% and the use of Machinery and Tools by 40%.- Reduction of electronic communication (e-mail) by 90% through script programming for the optimization/automation of operational, administrative and managerial processes.- Collaboration with CMA Consultores in project consulting and the development of courses on Lean Construction.

Generating results such as: - Development of projects covering the 7 dimensions of design and use of point clouds. - Coordination of +90,000 m² of construction in BIM360 (now ACC). - Anticipation of design errors and omissions for more than 1 MDP. - BIM training of tools and methodology to more than 70 people in the company's diploma courses "Introduction to BIM" (1st and 2nd generation) and in "BIM-LEAN project management" (1st generation). - Dynamo programming for the extraction and import of information. - Java programming for database manipulation. - Speaker at conferences regarding BIM and Lean topics by the "Ingenieros Jóvenes de Jalisco" group, the College of Civil Engineers of the State of Jalisco A.C. and Konstruedu.com.
