Former President of the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA), past President of the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association (PRHTA) and Vice President of the Bahamas Hotel and Tourism Association (BHTA). Successful and proven record of accomplishment in hospitality management spanning over 28 years Broad international experience in Hospitality Management in countries such as: United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, South Korea, Israel, Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Trinidad, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Aruba and The Bahamas. Held a myriad of key leadership positions with many internationally recognized hotel companies throughout the Caribbean and Latin America; including brands such as Hilton, Starwood, Inter-Continental, Mayan Resorts and Four Seasons. Spent a term at Hilton's international corporate office in the United Kingdom, which provided me the opportunity to work on projects globally from the UK and Europe to Asia and the Middle East. Most recently held the following positions as General Manager: British Colonial Hilton Nassau in The Bahamas, Hilton Short Hills in New Jersey and the iconic Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Graduated from the Hotel School of Venezuela. In addition, I completed an Associate Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio.
