Engineering Manager February 2001-July 2007As Manager of our engineering group, I lead our design, applications and aftermarket support teams. I mentored 4 Design Engineers, 3 Project Engineers and 3 Field Service Engineers. I was the technical key account manager for all large pump projects.Design and Applications Engineer March 1999-Februay 2001I managed projects from inception to completion. Performed calculations to properly size main and auxiliary equipment. Networked with vendors to size and order equipment. Designed manufacturing and installation drawings, supervised fabrication and performed quality control tasks of complete pump systems and specialty parts. Provided technical support to customers, sales, service and manufacturing departments for polymer and compounding projects throughout the Americas. Technical Services Supervisor 1995- March 1999I assisted the Engineering Manager with the everyday activities of the Service Department and the Repair Shop. I had managerial duties in the absence of the Engineering Manager. I provided technical support on polymer, compounding and industrial pumps and seals to customer throughout the Americas. I performed on-site training for customers and supported customers and Engineering Manager with calculations.All the above positions required travel around the world to support our customers and sister companies.
