- Program Manager in IT Transformation programs orchestrating multiple workstreams and stakeholders in S/4HANA projects, supporting companies in their ambitious transformation plans with a strategic and tactical vision: assessments, evaluation of functional and technical requirements, business case, project management and transformation office.- Definition of the program strategy and roadmap, communication of the strategy and progress of the program.- Design and implementation of integrations of the S/4HANA system with MES, SCADA, software for construction management Dalux and document management.- Quality Assurance of S/4HANA program ensuring that the correct methodology is applied with the relevant documentation in place.- Portfolio Management and monitoring of the S/4HANA implementation with support for the technological program of the IT/OT Plan, defining the governance, planning, vendor management and IT procurement ensuring alignment with different teams and suppliers.- Construction of a business case associated with the initiatives considered in the roadmap in a corporate transformation project based on S/4HANA that endorses, justifies and supports the transformation to the new process model and chosen corporate systems map.- Estimated evaluation of efforts and costs (at licenses, implementation and maintenance level) for the roadmap initiatives based on S/4HANA and required SAP products with details of the Business Case of each of the initiatives, including estimation of costs and benefits.- Sectors: Industrial, Energy and utilities, Consumer

- Assessment and selection of ERP, designing the target vision based on a future process model with focus on the adoption of the best practices used in the sector and in similar companies. Master scheme for ERP based on S/4HANA (IT architecture) with market benchmark and cost and time estimation of different scenarios.- Operations and process analysis, evaluation of functional and technical requirements, design and implementation of the future IT Operating Model based on S/4HANA Cloud fit-to- standard with processes that follow SAP best practices.

- Preparation of labs for executives to show the importance of having a vision and ambition for automation, recognizing the value of this beyond cost savings.- Collaboration with SAP architects and IT department to develop a set of reports in a BI technology that allows real-time replication of SAP to a SAP S/4HANA database more quickly and efficiently by creating visualizations with SAP Analytics Cloud.- Support and optimization of the Revenue Management department, transforming the Billing and Collection processes. Automation of the SII report to inform regulatory bodies and present the VAT books for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Digital Sales Support for the monitoring and management of the digital sales budget of the entity's products for one of the largest financial institutions.- Optimization of the CIRBE declaration process to the Bank of Spain, declaring the risks of product positions such as factoring, guarantees and loans for top multinational banking and financial services company.- Development of different tools for business plan and budget allocation, automatic creation of daily and monthly budget control reports and purchase orders, provision reports, multiple dashboards with KPIs, digitalization of the OPEX process (project in Mexico) and other Reporting process automations.

- Support in the operative cash in income, transfers and receipt collection.- Support to commercial managers in their daily task (customer service, operational).- Response questions regarding bank products and services and direct customers to otherstaff for more complex transactions.
