During my second year with Freeman, my role expanded to include developing larger scale marketing campaigns for our internal employee audience, including (but not limited to) the launch of a global change management campaign, an employee voice campaign (driven by user-generated content), and the launch of a new employee engagement platform to replace our aging intranet. In addition to this work, I also drove a new offshoot of our content strategy to target Tier 1 brand marketing publications such as Entrepreneur, Adweek, Forbes, and CMO.com. In this new role, I have published numerous thought leadership and trend pieces for our Chair, Vice Chair, CEO, President, CMO, CIO, and our Chief Design Officer Bruce Mau. As the lead writer for the Global Branding department, I was tasked with crafting the messaging and brand voice for EF and its range of education and language products across several EMEA markets. These included B2C consumer ad campaigns and promotions across offline, online and social media, as well as the occasional internal marketing and B2B campaigns for EF's corporate partners and clients.
