At SSL, I was responsible for the origination, workout and closing of large senior secured debt facilities and bilateral finance transactions in conjunction with Investment Banking for corporate and infrastructure clients. Responsible for presenting to CFO’s and execution teams structured financing solutions according to their needs. Coordinate tactical actions with senior bankers for individual budget accomplishment and relationship enhancement.

Advisory to Chief Investment Officers of pension funds and Institutional Investors in the acquisition of structured products for hedging and investment strategies with primary focus on balance sheet needs and financial requirements. Maintain fluent and constant dialogue with bank traders in Madrid, NY and Mexico to promote technical conversations with clients and improve relationship status

Responsible for providing investment advisory to the bank ́s individual clients and understanding the different styles and need to improve their performance. Provide technical and fundamental analysis of market performance.

Advisory to HNW individuals in the acquisition of fixed income products and leverage positions in COP treasury bonds. Distribution of fixed income instruments (mainly US corporate credit instruments and sovereign debt) within the financial Institutions.

Commercial support advising small individual investors on management of financial instruments for investment portfolio and for the creation of financial structures based on specific cash availability needs and budget management.
