I manage the Planning, Consolidation & Forecasting System based on OneStream technology.

Based in the Global headquarters, I currently manage the Planning & Forecasting Systems Team. We model and develop ad-hoc financial processes & solutions. We work extensively with TM1 planning analytics and SQL databases. Our solutions are used by 750 users arround the world and accross several product divisions.

The role consisted on leading a team of 3 people in the whole accounting process related to AP: bank reconciliation, supplier contact, payments, etc. As a member of the Finance division, I am involved in all general accounting activities for: general ledger, intercompany invoicing, income recognition & reconciliation, etc.

The Dispatch Requirement Planner is a position in the Supply Chain planning department. Closely dealing with the demand, production, and logistics planners, the DRP’s mission is to set the stocks policy and to ensure its accomplishment. This implies being assertive to align stakeholders as well as numerical to ensure the best service level. The DRP has a global perspective of the whole supply chain and holds weekly meetings with Marketing and Sales in order to broad its understanding of the business.

Mercedes Benz Financial Services is a subsidiary of the Daimler Group that centralizes in Madrid most of the European financial and accounting tasks. As a Junior Accountant I collaborated in several migration projects and AP analysis, mostly for the French Retails subsidiaries. The position implied analysis and controlling tasks in the Accounts Payable. Besides that, I suggested optimized procedures and I carried on activities of change resistance management.
