I have loved management since I can remember. When I was seven years old, we prepared a play with my neighborhood friends. While they rehearsed the play, I was the one procuring the location -my parent's house-, doing marketing -ringing around- and selling the tickets to view the show.Drawing upon my extensive 25-year leadership career, I've managed diverse teams in different environments -including nonprofit, for-profit, and public agencies. - I am a mission-driven and team player professional who guides organizations through their programmatic and strategic goals while paying close attention to policies and procedures, staff development, coalition building, and financial outcomes.I have fundraised over ten million dollars, allowing the programs I led to grow in recognition, volume, and geography. I systematically achieved all program deliverables and goals. Many of the staff I supervised were promoted inside and outside the organization. Thus, in addition to my job experience, I am a curious and fast learner with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (UNC, Argentina,) a Master's in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (UNED, Spain,) and, recently, an Executive Master's in Leadership (Georgetown University, US.) My professional development includes certificates and courses on DEI, Project Management, and nonprofit management among other content.When I’m not engaged at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and volunteering for different organizations and causes, such as hate prevention, scouting, environment, and social justice.
