I acted as the Software Development Manager of a team with 42 collaborators. The team worked with many technologies and tools such as Java, Angular, .Net, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, GitLab, OpenShift, and so on. We used DevOps and continuous integration in our solutions and always tried to follow industry best practices in our functions.My main activites were: - Interact and negotiate with external and internal clients;- Plan, control and monitor the actions of the team;- Search solutions to complex problems in the organization's softwares involving members of different teams and sectors- Do weekly meetings with development team leaders;- Provide solutions for each scenario in new projects / systems / modules;- Monitor the indicators of the development team and generate reports for C-level.

I participated as technical leader of the ISS Fortaleza project which had 10 IT members and went into production in July/2015, becoming the main platform for interaction with taxpayers in Fortaleza. The ISS Fortaleza application is responsible for issuing about 4 millions invoices of services monthly in the city and has, actually, more than 130,000 active users.My activities were to coordinate team activities using Scrum techniques such as sprint creation, retrospective meeting, planning meeting and daily follow-up meetings. The use of Kanban was also employed for a clearer view of the project's progress.
