I am a Talent Development Consultant at Enrique Robles The Employment Coach, where I help job seekers across Mexico, Spain, Canada, and LATAM achieve their personal and professional goals. I have extensive experience in conducting individual assessments, developing well-rounded curricula, and communicating complex ideas compellingly to a variety of audiences. I also contribute to the design and deployment of regional talent projects and provide high-touch support for key recruitment moments.Alongside my consulting role, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis at Centro de Estudios de Posgrado de la Asociación Psicoanalítica Mexicana, where I deepen my knowledge and skills in the field of clinical psychology. My research interests include social psychology, economics, and corruption, and I have presented my findings at several national and international conferences. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, where I received recognition for organizing the Psychology Week.
