As General Manager I must ensure an efficient operation of the company; Design, plan and supervise all the company's commercial programs and projects related to Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation; ensure a healthy administration of the company's finances; Development and control of commercial policies and processes, as well as budgets; maintain the best image of the company before key market players and be the key contact; analysis of results; negotiation of new business lines and suppliers; Control healthy inventories; generate information on time to the board of directors.

Some of my main responsibilities were: sales Funnel Tracking, execution of strategic sales plans, Planning and execution of marketing strategies together with the marketing coordinator, Preparation of monthly Rollout and proposal for Inventory orders, business monitoring in progress and approved, preparation of progress and results reports, Implementation and monitoring of commercial strategies for the fleet department, Coaching and evaluation of personnel under my direction; Salespeople training, Monthly meetings with Brand Director and Commercial Vice Presidency, Customer Service.
