Mainly I was operating the presses at the grape receival, recording every grape intake and making sure the juice went to the correct tank with the correct additions and following the winemakers' instructions.After grape intake, I was developing all kind of cellar duties both in red and white cellars.

I was in charge of taking samples of every block in the vineyards, analyze the grapes in the lab and elaborate a daily inform about the developing of the grapes.Apart from that I worked in the cellar making additions, in order to grant the highest quality of the fermentation, special operations and daily care of the wine.In addition I collaborated in the blending process with the winemaker and her assistant.

I worked mainly at the grape receival, being in charge of one of the bins and one of the crushers. My job consisted in process the grapes as efficiently as possible and work with the other team members to care about the juice destination.After grape intake had finished I worked in both red and white cellars completing jobs as any other cellar worker.

Picking grape samples, and analyzing them in the laboratory afterwards.Working every daily care process of the winery (additions, pumpovers, tranfers, clarification, cleaning, ...).And finally working directly with the winemaker, making the blending decisions after fermentation.
