I have been a specialist in Internal Communication since 1996. I founded and direct together with my partners BW Comunicación Interna, one of the agencies with the longest history in the Argentine and Latin American market. I studied and researched Internal Communications as much as I worked in the field: in all these years I served IC needs of more than 800 leading organizations in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay and Colombia. This experience gave me the privilege of sharing knowledge at universities and participating as a speaker at conferences and forums specialized in IC at an international level. I also designed workshops and seminars through which I have trained professionals with different profiles in this discipline that I am so passionate about. At the end of 2017, Meta chose us as one of its first official partners of Workplace, its collaborative platform for companies. In 2023, Zoom chose us to become the first Workvivo partner in Latam. Since 2017 I have also been the director of TLEX Argentina, a global company dedicated to transformational leadership and personal development in organizations. I trained in Communication Sciences at the University of Salvador. I am also an instructor of breathing and meditation techniques from the Art of Living Foundation.
