I advised leaders in the creation of succession plans, talent mapping, organizational restructuring, (including promotions, lateral moves and exits). Together with business leaders, I created and followed-up the headcount and salary annual budgets. I trained leaders in collective bargain agreements and leadership issues, resulting in a major reduction of questions and fewer conflicts. I managed union issues, and liaised with in-house union representatives. I dealt with conflicts, agreements and negotiations between the union and the company as well as disciplinary processes. I took part in the TNT Sports and CNN Argentina launching project, including the recruitment of almost 50 new roles, through the reconversion of in-house profiles, relocating employees in new positions as well as recruiting externally. I negotiated with the union all changes of work conditions (working hours, pay, hiring modalities). I analyzed data and prepared HR affairs reports in the process of acquisition of 2 LATAM companies.
