Inar is a engineering consulting company that works with local and foreign clients. At Inar he is Executive Director and works as consultant and project leader. He has responsability on human resources recruiting, company administration and finance too. Currently he's focused on energy efficiency and solar energy related projects. Some of the projects he participated were the following:* Project leader at “Technology and Economic Assessment of the replacement of electric heating system of Veladero´s hotel for one based on cogeneration and boiler”. (For Barrick Gold - MAGSA)* Legal representative in FONSOFT and colaborator for the proyect "Desarrollo Suite Herramientas para operadores del mercado financiero de energía en USA (FTR market)"* Project leader in MDL consulting services and PDD development for an eolian 2.2Mw generator placed at Veladero mining project. * Co-director of the Proyect of Centralized system of tracing Interruptions (SCSI) (Proyect FONTAR ANR - SJ 17-01). * Project leader and analyst in several Software projects, among which we can mention: provisioning systems for ISPs, web applications and power facility management and GIS sytems. * As Programmer- Analyst – He took place in the following proyects : Geonik (GIS), Administration and Management of electric power load metering ("SIDAC-Mecca"), Chemical Analysis Laboratory management system, On line auction web system.

He is in charge of introducing the main concepts related to renewable energy to professionals working as high school teachers.

Project Leader in the proyect "Planta Piloto de generación fotovoltaica San Juan I" (1,2MWp). He was in charge of technical and conceptual design, bidding terms definition and offers evaluation. During the plant construction he was the chief supervisor in charge of technical and contractors supervision. He was the responsible of preparation and presentation of the San Juan I photovoltaic project at the promotional national government law 26360 in order to get the anticipated VAT tax refunding. He was advisor in CDM (Clean Development Mecanism) for hidroelectric and renewables projects at EPSE. He was in charge of supervision and contractor assistance for "Los Caracoles" and "Punta Negra" Hydroelectric CDM validation and registration process.

He worked as Information Technology and electronic government advisor for the Infraestructure and Technology Ministry. He developed strategies and projects for implementation of electronic goverment strategies in the province of San Juan . He was project leader and responsible of the designing and commissioning of the computer network for the main government building ("Centro Civico") (stages 1 and 2). He was project leader of the first wireless public computer network for the community of San Juan (wifi data network that connect communitary institutions each other and gives free internet access).Project leader of a new internet houses bidding system for de IPV (Provincial institute of housing). Co-responsible of the creation of the first Computer Recycling Center in San Juan. Co-responsible of the government programme "Communicating for a better future". Co-director of the creation of the web site for the Ministery of Infraestucture and Technology.

He worked on planning and electrical facility works. He worked designing and supervising construction of electrical installations and control panels mainly for industrial refrigeration and prossesing plants. He worked most of all for the local industry, specially for agroindustrial companies and wineries.

He worked as software analist and developer. He worked in database administration and programming for SIDAC Power Facility Management suite. Particularly, he participated in modules development for Power Quality and Technical Product management. SIDAC is a suite of tools and FM-GIS for power distribution companies.

He worked as a teacher of computer science and technology in "Alfonsina Storni" high school.

While he was doing an internship on PROINTECO, he works as assistant and data collector for upgrade projects of the telecomunications centrals: San Juan- San Juan, San Juan- Rawson, San Juan- Chimbas , San Juan – Santa Lucía.

He was teaching assistant for the computer science cathedra and the computer lab in the electrical engineering college of the National University of San Juan.

He was selected for a paid internship at Technical division of IBM in San Juan. He worked giving support to the technicians of IBM in maintenance of computers and peripherals for the public and private IBM customers.
