About Pablo Garcia Rodas

I’m a product professional with a background in customer support. I have 4+ years of experience helping companies find and implement improvements in products and processes. My professional career started in operations, where I began communicating and providing direct support to customers. I quickly became supervisor, and then manager of the escalations and triage team. I helped grow, manage and lead a team of 14 people. I also developed and supported our first remote operations associate position and launched a second support team in Mexico City.This role allowed me to take user feedback, validate it with real data, and turn it into actionable product and process enhancements that directly impact customer experience and moves company KPIs. I have a proven record of working with multiple teams in order to advocate for customer needs and get the resources needed to work on relevant and impactful user stories. I also have ample experience liaising with product teams to plan and support product launches from an operational perspective. This expertise allowed me to eventually grow into a product manager role, where I was involved in documenting, researching, planning roadmaps and launching products in the fintech space. I believe that great customer experience is key for any successful product or service, and that great product design should be lean, simple (although not plain!), and purposeful.
