Furnace Efficiency Analysis-Designed a new PowerBI console to analyze furnace operations in all Frisa factories and implemented a new automatic survey to for the factory operator to track furnace delay and efficiency.-Developed and shared recommendations to Frisa CEO, Chairman, and Plant Manager on future furnace acquisitions, experiments to increase production, and further data needed to make informed furnace decisions.Rolling Mill Production Analysis-Designed and led experiment with the support of operators, production line head, quality department, and programming department to increase capacity in Rolling Mill’s production rate.-Analyzed experiment results and increased the capacity of the Rolling Mill in 5 out of 10 of its high-volume products by an average of 30%. This equates to an approximately 3 million USD capacity increase per month.-Presented analysis and results to OPEX Head, Plant Manager, Frisa CEO, and Frisa Chairman.

-Led weekly meetings of 12 students who helped me plan the construction of 50 progressive homes in Monterrey. Over 350 volunteers participated including students, teachers, parents, and volunteers.-Led fundraising campaigns with 150 students and fundraised $200,000 USD.
