Professional experience in Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare industry:I began my career at GlaxoSmithKline in 1994, joining Glaxo Argentina (Munro site) as a Production Supervisor in the Metered Dose Inhalers department.Subsequently, I was promoted to Head of the Clean Liquids Production Value Stream.In 1999, I took on the role of Validation Coordinator for the SAP system deployment project at GlaxoWellcome Argentina. Upon the project's completion, I was promoted to Validation Head & In-process Control Head within Quality Assurance.In 2001, I simultaneously held the position of Betalactamic Solids Production Head at GSK Argentina.In late 2002, I was transferred to the GSK Buenos Aires site (Victoria), where I was promoted to Validation Head & Packaging Material Control Head in the Quality Assurance area.In January 2013, I transitioned to the GSK Consumer Healthcare Supply Chain organization, assuming the role of Regional Manufacturing Support Manager for Latin America.In June 2014, I was promoted to Quality Manager within the External Supply Quality organization, GSK Latin America.In September 2015, I was appointed as Senior Quality Manager for Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO) within the newly formed GSK Consumer Healthcare Latin America organization, following a joint venture between the Consumer Healthcare divisions of GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis.In August 2019, following the merger with Pfizer to create a world-leading joint venture in consumer healthcare, I transitioned to the role of Quality Integration Lead for the Latin America region. My primary responsibility was to oversee the joint venture integration process from an end-to-end quality perspective.In May 2021, I returned to Contract Manufacturing Operations as the Latin America CMO Quality Lead, overseeing the quality management of GSK CH contract manufacturers in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.In July 2022, following GSK’s demerger, the Consumer Healthcare business became an independent entity named Haleon plc.
