In charge of a team of 12 people in the office and 20 at warehouse.Direct contact with the client to define their needs:- Regular meetings to demand exclusive products according to their needs- Definition of design, quality and quantityOnce the production needs have been defined:- Search for suppliers and manufacturers • Homologation within our high-quality standards- Pilot tested to our end customer- Once the mass production is authorized, negotiation and agreements with the manufacturers- Quality control in the production phase and inspection of the finished product- Logistics of the shipping for several air shipping and 4 containers each week- ISO certificates and health controls if applicable to the material

responsible of coordination and logistics for a team of 12 person- Programming and management of inspections for costumers in Asia ( most of inspections in China)-Search for new products and suppliers in Asia.- Quality control required by the client.- Record inventory and storage.-Office management.-Recruitment-Invoice control and payment control- Ensure the logistic office requirements in China.- Develop the schedules about the meetings with suppliers.-Negotiations with suppliers and clients

Responsible of coordination and logistics of a four people team. - Programming and management of direct purchase orders from the company's website - Quality control of the product inside and outside of the factory. - Record inventory and storage. - Generation of purchase orders for both: stock storage and stock for our customers. - Creation, management and maintenance of technical specifications for new products / customers by online - Ensure the logistic office requirements in China. - Develop the schedules about the meetings with suppliers.
