Current• Retail Client Consultancy: footwear, jewellery and apparel, from the Presale to the account management and client relationship.• Maximize the profitability of the stock investment and purchase growth, through sales analysis, margin contribution and stock breakage.• Establish strategic plan to reduce Overstock and increase long term rotation.• Develop commercial actions to rise the Sell Out, by promoting the “Best-sellers” and midterm management of products with zero/minimum sales at point of sale.• Define short term solutions to minimize stock breakage through supplier re-purchase and replenishment and transfer optimization.• Analyse functional requirements with BI and IT department to fill the business needs of the clients.Responsible over 9 clients.
