- Product / Launch Management - Process / Manufacturing Engineering - Industrial Engineering

- Manage operations strategy with cross functional teams and departments to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, quantity and times for current production and launch of new manufacturing programs.- Lead 1 production analyst, 8 production supervisors, 16 production leaders staff and 370 frontline team.- Execute production schedule for 7 lines.- KPIs follow up to define action plans and efficiency projects: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and People.- Lead Continuous Improvement projects to enhance Manufacturing Efficiency, OEE and Production Attainment.- Responsible for Kaizen projects focused on Quality metrics and Scrap improvement.- Design Training Plan for qualification and development of new hires and employees.- Lead 5S workshop and standards deployment and its compliance. - Ensure EHS / ISO 14001 standards compliance.- Ensure appliance of CTQs: Layered Audit and production equipment Set Up action plan and corrective actions. - Ensure appliance of quality system ISO 9001 for compliance audits process.- Assist and mentor QRQC meeting and teams: problem solving through 8Ds for internal and customer quality issues.- Monitor performance on Autonomous Maintenance (TPM) and Quick Changeover (SMED) routines.

- Manage engineering activities to meet Corporate, ISO / TS 16949 and Customer standards for 4 production seats lines within a JIT system (just in time) and 3 headrest production lines.- Responsible for Industrial Engineering:

- Manage operations strategy with cross functional teams and departments to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, quantity and times.- Collaborate and develop Annual Operating Plan for Production. - Lead 4 engineers staff and 233 frontline team, operating 4 production lines. - KPIs follow up to define action plans: Safety, Quality, Service level, Productivity, Cost, People. - Lead Continuous Improvement projects to enhance Manufacturing Efficiency, OEE, and Fill Rate. - Responsible for Kaizen projects focused on Quality metrics and Material Yield improvement.- Site Expert Trainer on manufacturing process; product and equipment. - Mentor and train High Performance Teams in the operational system. - Design Training Plan for qualification and development of new hires and employees. - Responsible for compromised BU savings and cost goals. - Lead new product launch interacting with R & D and QA. - Recommend capital investment and equipment improvements interacting with Central Engineering. - Ensure appliance of AIB and Process / Mechanical Audit requirements. - Ensure EHS standards compliance.

- Directing production teams to achieve corporate Operation Standards, AOP goals, Productivity Programs and Continuous Improvement projects across 22 plants. - KPIs follow up to define action plans: Line Efficiency, Productivity, Waste and Cost. - Support, drive and lead Operational Excellence deployment for: Autonomous Maintenance (TPM), Quick Changeover (SMED) and Sustainability Program. - Cost studies and business case development for special manufacturing projects. - Executive team member on GEPP´s business manufacturing integration of Empresas Polar, Geusa, Gatorade and PepsiCo.
