In this collaboration, my task was to research and design new possibilities (service and strategy) to improve innovation practices. My project resulted in an actionable roadmap to improve the dependencies and interdependencies among software teams.--Zenuity (now rebranded as Zenseact) is a company that develops software for autonomous driving.
