This mainly due to a proper change acknowledgment and how they embraced and seized it for the organization's benefit. Nowadays, I love how technology empowers people to face this constant change. With tons of data that increases daily, we can test ideas or products and get instant feedback to work on improvements. Likewise, I regularly reflect on daily situations, such as exercising or time-management, that could be grown by data.Working in customer experience has meant a valuable opportunity since I was able to identify several pain points of our users from my interaction with them. Then, it's quite a journey for me to dive into the data and discover which story it might tell you.I truly believe that technology is a powerful ally to tackle down real-world problems and enhance relationships between people and organizations.
