On the one hand, I worked as MD for the division, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the division's business units and implementing strategic plans for them, increasing the revenue growth in 2009 to 12 % with an acquisition of more than 150,000 members. On the other hand, I worked as MD of Sanitas Group achieving growth during 2008 and 2009 despite the Spanish market contraction. It was reached with an engaged leadership team that over-exceeded the proposed plan, achieving the objectives two years in advance and multiplying profits by 2.9 times in 4 years.Moreover, the division of Sanitas Seguros increased its profits from €41MM to over a €100MM in 4 years, rallying from 3rd to 2nd place in the market. Regarding Sanitas Hospital, we reduced a loss making concern from €12MM to €2MM in four years and developed the Millenium Centre Concept, a network of 15 exclusive medical centres to our members for primary and secondary care. Finally, Sanitas Residencial built the business from 4th to 2nd place in number of care homes, as well as number 1 in revenues and profits in 4 years. -
