Franchise Director & Production Centre Internal Auditor
- Responsible for the growth and development of each brand, spotting new opportunities on a regional or national level.- Close deals and sign agreements, keep records for every franchise.- Develop relationships and work with franchisees consultants to discern a viable monthly sales strategy.- implement and maintenance POS and Inventories Software for every franchise.- Weekly and monthly follow up for current standards and policies, procedures and promotions.- On-site quality inspections.- Audit the purchase and transformation of raw materials into final product in accordance to company policies.- Weekly and monthly inventory audit.- Oversee delivery of merchandise from Production Centre to Franchises.- Update and maintenance of Recipes Master Book and inventory software.- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by overseeing processes and final output.- Daily follow-up for current standards, policies and procedures of production centre.
