Flanker is a startup in the textile sector specializing in making clothing designed for the (large) body of the rugby player.As CTO, I designed and developed the e-commerce platform, as well as the user experience and sales funnels. My goal was to minimize friction from the landing of a visitor to the web, until the end of the checkout. I also devoted some of my time to digital marketing.Being a small team, I helped in the improvement of the business model and in the search for financing.

Technoport is the biggest technology event of Norway. An annual conference where we gather entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, students, researchers, dreamers and other key people for crowdsourcing, master classes, matchmaking, and inspirational talks. My role was to design the concept for the conference with the rest of the team. What topics we will talk about, look for the most innovative ideas to show in the conference exhibition, as well as plan how to enable networking in the best possible way during the expo.Once the concept was designed, I devoted myself to look for established companies and startups from both Norway and the rest of Europe and to invite them to join us in the conference.

Technical lead of the Talentum Schools project. My role was to iterate the product to improve it all the time and fix any bug from the beta version. Talentum schools is a learning platform for young people (from 5 to 18 years old).The goal of it is to raise awareness and teach young people that technology is not only to consume, but also that it can be created. With different types of courses we taught from robotics to mobile programming.

As a teacher of the Talentum Schools program I had to prepare and design classes about Scratch, Robotcis, Augmented reality, Android... the goal was to teach kids between 5 and 18 years old how to create technology. I had to make sure that avery child learn all the concepts in class and motivate them to continue learning ant home.

I designed and built, with other 3 people, a web learning service that allows kids and teenagers to learn how to create technology. They can do it from home or in one of the practical classes that we scheduled all over Spain.It was a challenging project in the technical part, we used Moodle for the online platform and we had to integrated with a Django system for the class booking service, but also thinking which courses and technologies we should choose for making the best experience possible for the kids.

I was part of a team of inters that was asked to think, research, design and build a fully functional product form scratch in 3 months as part of TopSeedsLab plan of launching a platform to create custom startups for big corporates. After a lot of research and work we created two products, one health related Salutium.com and one commerce related mrbepo.com. Salutium is a web service that centralizes, archives and sort all your health information (and your family) in a simple and friendly way. So you can be sure that avery time you go to a doctor he has all the relevant information of your health. It was made with Django.MrBepo is a system to encourage people to buy in local stores of a particularly district. Buying in a shop gives you points that you can use in other shop of the district and so on. It's a way for local stores to compete with better chances to e-commerces. It's an Android app.
