I am an expert in facilitating learning with years of experience in instructional design, both for classroom and online, training, coaching and consulting in cultural change.I have focused on skills development for time and project management, meetings and presentations.My work tools are mind maps, visual maps and graphic-recording, laugh-therapy exercises, games and group dynamics, improvisational theater, clown and technologies for learning and productivity.I have taught since I was 12 years old. My first student was Don Remigio (69), rural Veracruz teacher who needed to learn the Rule of Three ​​in 1969. This experience opened my eyes and my heart to the human need of knowledge, and made me discover my own mission in helping people through developing skills that make a difference in their lives.I have been since 1993 FranklinCovey facilitator, consultant and speaker in personal productivity, execution, leadership and trust.Additionally I have worked in Risaterapia AC, a philanthropic organization dedicated to educate volunteers as Laughing Doctors to bring joy to hospitals and nursing homes.
