This tool was instrumental in the commercial research that was carried out together with the team in order to determine the growth potential of the company for the next five years. - Participated in the development of the first regional trainee network in Vopak. This network allowed trainees from the whole LATAM region to share their experiences as trainees, compare the programs to improve them, work together in joint projects, learn from each other but above all it turned out to be a surprisingly effective communication tool. - Co-lead the initiative to take the regional trainee network to a global scale. Used financial models to perform financial evaluation of shopping center projects. I participated in the evaluation process of the alternative financing schemes available to support the growth strategy of the company. Together with investment banking consultants and commercial banks we evaluated the alternatives and found the most suitable for the company's profile and purpose.
