I am a postdoctoral researcher at BETA Technological Center, a research and innovation center linked to the Universitat de Vic - Universitat Central de Catalunya. My mission is to design tailored solutions for the agri-food and environmental sectors, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by emerging technologies and the circular economy. I have more than 4 years of experience in European research and innovation projects. At the same time, I currently co-lead the alternative protein research line to obtain new ingredients for animal and human nutrition.I am passionate about transforming ideas into impact solutions that drive business growth and contribute to a more sustainable future. I am driven by innovation, curiosity and creativity, and I function successfully in dynamic and collaborative environments, where complex challenges are posed and effective answers are sought. I enjoy interacting with stakeholders and understanding their specific needs to develop solutions applicable to each case. Additionally, I am interested in scientific communication, to enhance the scope and relevance of the solutions designed.
