Professional experience in commercial real estate; office, industrial, retail, and multifamily asset types. Though my main expertise is acquisitions, I also have in depth experience in private equity, development, asset management, portfolio management, and dispositions. My total transaction volume in acquisitions and dispositions during my 6 years at Crown Realty was over $900MM. Unfortunately, the owner passed away, and the entire team was laid off Fall 2022. I was the only one they kept due to my hard work, trustworthiness, and the skill to do all the jobs required from all levels. They kept me for an additional 10 months but was unfortunately laid off due to lack of work and funds on their end. Since I have worked on a contract basis for various clients on mostly assignments involving equity operating agreement for syndications and joint venture including interpretations, negotiations, and creation of waterfalls. I am not just good at the skills mentioned above but also a great mentor, public speaker, and leader.
