Supervision and development of production assemblers. Overseeing and directing the organization, proficiency, and efficiency of their respective team. Complete working Knowledge of the operation of all machines, tooling, procedures, and processes related to the department. Developing and maintains a spirit of teamwork and empowerment among assemblers.Knowledge and ensuring compliance of international standards ISO 9001 & 14001.Initiating proactive and corrective actions, continuous improvement on all department metrics(productivity, OTD, %OD). Updating internal Score card.40-60 Direct report(Assemblers automatic/semi-automatic and Handfill processes).Responsibility of production scheduling through Dashboard also monitoring the daily, weekly and monthly metrics by tableau reports.Maintaining work flow by monitoring steps of the process; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions(lean manufacturing); developing reporting procedures and systems.
