Hi! My name is Pablo Molina Byers, and I've been in education for over a decade. During this time, I've seen my fellow colleagues excel at unlocking their students' potential and have always marveled at the results. This is why I believe in the power of education. I am here to serve teachers, and the vital role they play in establishing the foundations for our students to imagine and build their own futures freely.What fuels me is the desire and pleasure of sharing, contributing, and adding to a more human, current, and holistic way of teaching in schools. I can help your school, high school, or academy continue to improve the quality of education in English in the following way:- Classroom observations of 10-20 minutes- List of areas of improvement for teachers- If you and the faculty agree with the suggested areas of improvement, I proceed to design a personalized training adapted to your specific needs.- We proceed with the training.
