Procurement Outsourcing Global LeaderHead of the business operations in Spain & Latin America. P&L responsibility, operation and account leadership. Leading multiple teams, customers and geographies (c. $480M spend, 20 category managers & buyers, 14 countries).Key customers managed:- PROCTER & GAMBLE (consumer goods): 2014 - 2015. Based in Mexico City. Spend scope of 300 m$ in tactical procurement. Set up of the company in Mexico, and operations in all Latam (with Shared Service Centers in Mexico & Brazil). Key workstreams: recruitment of the local teams, customer relationship, overall governance of the project, SLA & KPIs based processes. Average of 2000 transactions per month. Leading a team of 14 specialists & managers.- PANRICO (bread & bakery): 2012- 2015. $100M spend (including indirect categories and direct categories). Introduction of reverse e-auctions in the direct materials (packaging, flour, sugar...)- L'ORÉAL (cosmetics global leader): 2011- 2015. $72M spend, leading a team of 4 buyers, with a highly integrated process and relationship with the customer. Long term strategic plans (3 years) to direct implementation. Around 100 savings initiatives deployed since the beginning in all indirect categories. e-sourcing tools adoption (RFx and e-auctions).- CHEP (global palet pool for logistics/supply chain): 2009-2012, $24M spend, including property rent to industrial supplies.- UNITED BISCUITS NORTHERN EUROPE (bakery & snacks): 2007-2009, I was based in Paris, with frequent travels throughout France, Belgium and The Netherlands. $120M spend in indirect categories. Aggressive cost cutting plans, tracked month after month.- UNITED BISCUITS SOUTHERN EUROPE (now Mondelez): 2005-2006, I was based in Barcelona. Optimization of $72M spend for all indirect categories in Spain and Portugal. From strategic sourcing to day to day operations, both in factories (x7) and headquarters (x2), managing a team of 4 buyers
