Part of the Supply Network Operations (SNO) organisation in the Value Stream team responsible for the products within the Urology & In-License portfolio. The focus as a Global Supply Planner is to prepare and maintain supply plans for the relevant products (Minirin portfolio) with the aim to deliver goods on time along the value chain.The main responsibilities are:- Drive the weekly master planning, develop and monitor efficient master production schedules and provide reliable promise dates;- Proactive and adequate communication and coordination with all functions involved (internal and external stakeholders);- Document and report KPIs ensuring corrective actions if performances are not aligned;- Contribute to the root cause analysis in case of stock-out and put actions in place to avoid re-occurrence;- Anticipate supply scenarios and execute mitigations when needed (early warning system).

Located in the Supply Chain department to cover various key functions necessary to ensure the operational functioning of the factory:Planning the production of motors and gearboxes:- definition of medium-term plans in response to customer orders and urgencies;- continuous monitoring of the availability of components and personnel;- proposing alternatives to problems such as lack of materials or line interruptions.Procurement of the materials needed for production:- sending requests to suppliers and managing priorities;- stock control and issue of purchase orders;- organisation of transports and collections.Occasional coverage of the role of outbound logistics manager:- control of the workload in warehousing;- creation of picking and DDT;- management of logistical emergencies.
