This was a research project conducted by the Information Systems Department in partnership with the university to improve the university's internal system created to score and manage research projects.Its title was "Using the SHDM methodology for the development of Research Management Web System in UFVJM".

As a Web Developer, my focus was smoothing interactions between Professors, Students and Employees throughout web-based systems, helping them reduce communication friction and automate repetitive tasks.One of the projects I was proud to be part of was a tool to automate the scoring, sorting and managing of research projects. That included the migration from a paper-based process into a fully online process. Edvel was a local FIAT dealership in the Diamantina region.During my time at the company, I was able to restructure their whole reporting, helping the company to gain visibility into their sales process and management to gain confidence in their strategic decisions.These reports comprised a series of Excel spreadsheets packed with automation and integrations. Pulling data from many systems into a concise format, providing visibility into current operations and projecting future growth based on past performance. These reports help manage a couple of million Reals monthly.Aside from Management reporting, I also helped the IT team deliver services to our operations and sales teams. We had a couple of systems that required our direct management and upgrades. Systems provided by FIAT and a couple of CRM, Inventory management and financial systems.
