Being a team player is not just something I consider myself to be good at, it is a necessary trait. Working in a pharmacy has helped me improve my communication skills, my active listening, my teamwork, and my organization. I have become more empathetic, having to deal with a variety of difficult situations. Customer service should be individualized and you have to be resourceful and quick to solve any problem. I gained experience in marketing techniques and stock control. Moreover, it’s rewarding to be a part of the community providing an essential service and developing connections with some regular clients I've lived abroad in places such as New York, London, and Naples. Those experiences made me more open-minded and adaptable to other cultures or ways of doing, learning from them.Since I was a child I have always had an interest in science and participating in the development of new treatments or therapies feels like a dream come true. For that, I’m striving to enter the Clinical Trial sector to contribute to medical advancement and the welfare of patients. I’m willing to learn and acquire the skills that will help me become competent and sought-after. I am seeking an opportunity to get as much experience as possible.
