I successfully transformed my personal residence into the Galleria Urban Oasis on Airbnb, where I oversee all aspects of guest stays, from booking management to property maintenance.

In 2005, I was named Principal of Collins Elementary, guiding the school to "TAKS Recognized" and then "TAKS Exemplary." Over two years, science scores surged from the 40s/50s to a remarkable 90% passing rate, outshining many schools.In 2012, I assumed the leadership of the top elementary school in the district. In the inaugural year, I smoothly navigated Rees from the state “TAKS” testing to the new “STAAR” assessment. Within twelve months, the Rees team secured an “Exemplary” rating from the Texas Education Agency.Participating in the Rice University REEP Business Fellowship Program in 2013-2014, I kickstarted a decade-long transformation of Rees into a premier workplace school, consistently surpassing other campuses. At Rees, I spearheaded a vision for technology integration, driving district-wide changes in infrastructure and policies. Acknowledged as a technology integration trailblazer, I conducted workshops and delivered presentations at conferences, showcasing our technology advancements.In 2016, my achievements at Rees were recognized by "Raise Your Hand Texas." Throughout my tenure at Rees, my team consistently ranked among the top 5 high-performing schools in assessments.
