The BOP Lab is a platform that creates knowledge and assists companies to set up responsible and sustainable business initiatives in the low-income segment. Activities performed: - Development of a business plan for implementing a pilot inclusive business in the agribusiness sector in the State of Guerrero (Mexico). - Designed an investment criteria for multilateral organisms in low-income markets. - Evaluation of the food sector's potential to offer solutions to nutritious problems in Latin America, especially amongst the low-income population. - Designed public policies for promoting business at the BOP. - Organizational responsibilities: strategy planning, research, communication and finance.
