I have developed Federal Educational Policy including the new National Strategy for Early Childhood Education and Care and its National Program and the new National Strategy for Inclusive Education and its National Program.I have contributed to the writing of the new secondary laws that are the result of the modifications of the 3rd article of the Mexican constitution guaranteeing an education that is free, secular, inclusive and of quality.I have been designated by the Minister of Education to work as a liaison with the president's office in order to develop a program to implement the 2030 agenda (sustainable development goals) in the upcoming educational programs. In charge of developing ties and collaborations between the undersecretary of basic education at the ministry of education and NGOs, international organizations, private companies and intergovernmental relations. In charge of organizing the international seminars of the Undersecretary of Basic Education.

In charge of managing and developing internationalization strategies that benefit the 246 universities members of the Association of Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean with 4 main programs:The Latin America and the Caribbean University Cooperation and Integration Program: a first of its kind in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), this program has brought together ten top universities from the region in order to recognise credits, certifications and degrees in: Accounting, Chemistry, Civil Ingeneering, Mathematics, Nursing, Philosophy and Physics. CEAI: The International Evaluation and Accreditation Council (CEAI) is the first accreditation center for Higher Education Institutions in the LAC that accreditates institutions regionally. With the help our experts in evaluation and accreditation, I have established the system of evaluation that will be used by the CEAI when an Insitution wants to be accredited. We have also developped a system of metaevaluation that will allow the Council to know what is being done right or wrong when evaluating HEIs.PAME: The Academic Student Mobility Program has been one of the most know internationalization programs from UDUAL in the past decade. Since assuming my position, we have increased the number of universities participating in the program and the number of scholarships awarded to students that wish to participate in the program by 15%.The Master degree in Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation is the only one of its kind in the world, the faculty body is universal, which means that the professors from the universities teaching this degree are always rotating from one country to another. The degree makes students travel in order to understand the differences in Evaluation and Accreditation across Latin America. Since taking care of this project I have been able to get the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua - Managua to join this program and they will open up this program in August 2018.
