Disarmista is a 'boutique' software factory that provides software development services to very specific firms in the security space. I was heavily involved in helping devise automation strategies for the existing test base of the product. Collected requirements from the actual end-customer of a security suite that was being developed for a large Argentinian bank, and turned them into user stories for the development team to work on. Built and led a 3-person team of document writers responsible for generating the end-user documentation and also the technical documentation for a suite of security products.* Produced the first set of documents for end-user to consume

Teaching assistant for the ‘Algorithms and data structures II’ class during 3 semesters.

Member of a 4-people team in charge of maintaining the existing C/C++ production code of the database products developed by the company (Ideafix and Essentia). Took part on a core project involving the porting of the existing database model into different 3rd party commercial databases such as Oracle and Informix.

Handled telephone and on-site customer support cases related to the database engine and related tools developed by the company. Produced code patches and compiled them in an assorted variety of commercial Linux distributions (Solaris, SCO, AIX, etc). Developed shell scripts (bash, ksh, etc) and tools for both internal and external use.
