The training sessions encompassed various topics, such as adult learning, course design, presentation techniques, assessment and feedback strategies, and the incorporation of gamification in training.

In charge of all formal training for the Knowledge Transfer Team for the Koulu Consortium, a group of 8 companies from the UK and Finland, building 75 schools in Peru and promoting best practices for future similar projects.• Managed the progress of course development and launches, ensuring alignment between the KT team, PMO, and the client.• Created learning paths and developed formal training courses supporting KOULU Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).• Administered and maintained the LMS (Claned), including creation of course boards, structure, assessment criteria and reporting.• Recruited, supervised and coordinated video editors to manage the workflow.

Thesis supervisor in the Master’s Degree in Education Entrepreneurship (MEE).• Supervised over 30 theses from international education professionals, contributing to a 100% increase in the program's yearly graduation rate.• Designed thesis development process, coached, and followed up with students.• Designed and facilitated learning activities (e.g., workshops, seminars) in both face-to-face and virtual formats.• Planned and coordinated an on-site visit for students, collaborating with key stakeholders from the local ed-tech and education ecosystems.

Led and mentored a group of 30+ students from different programs.• Developed and implemented a social media content strategy for the university's Instagram (IG) and Facebook (FB) accounts.• Equipped and developed student ambassadors' content creation skills through coaching and interactive workshops, providing ongoing feedback.• Maintained the content calendar and oversaw content creation for the university's IG and FB accounts.
