Communication coordinator: - Main point of contact and liaison for all Business Education teams in all regions on all things related to platform processes, issues, needs, and requests. - Represent the Global Training Program team during technical solution meetings, proposals, and discussions.Project management: - Identify, prioritize, and communicate program and platform requirements, scope, constraints, dependencies, roadblocks, and risks to respective teams. - Build, coordinate, and maintain schedules, and track execution at task level across cross-functional teams, manage shared resources and ensure timely delivery. - Own the roll out of new processes and tools across Business Education teams, including launch announcements, delivery of training, change management, documentation, etc. so teams can plan accordingly. - Develop the global training process for in person, hybrid, and online training events.Data analysis: - Define necessary KPI´s and OKR´s. - Provide the necessary data to the data science team to develop the necessary dashboards. - Generate insights out of the dashboards and define action items according to the training strategy.
