- I managed the reservations of national and international guests with a personalised service via email and telephone (hotel, golf, groups, rooming lists).- I worked in coordination with colleagues from both the reservations department and the other departments of the hotel to ensure constant communication (a basic requirement for the quick and effective resolution of conflicts or needs of guests or other colleagues).

I provided personalised attention to guests of different nationalities with regard to various services such as baggage handling, welcoming them to the hotel, showing them all the services and facilities of the hotel (all offering a treatment in accordance with the characteristics of a luxury establishment).

- I have trained more than 20 students of all ages for language proficiency exams (Cambridge, Aptis, Trinity...) from levels A1 - C1, as well as for secondary school students.- I offered my services in both face-to-face and online modalities.- I managed a tutoring service for customer service in order to resolve doubts, complaints or suggestions.- I planned in advance each class in a personalised way for each student.

- I carried out the transcription, translation and subtitling of the conference of the renowned Ms. Ada Yonath "Next Generation Antibiotics".- I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team formed by several translators, with the consequent continuous communication between the different team members for the quality managementof the content and clarification of doubts.
