Through a variety of hands-on experiences, I have gained extensive expertise in AI and robotics. At Rutgers University, I contributed to drone research by engineering a robust mount for DJI drones and developing AI models to process aerial road data, significantly improving defect detection accuracy and processing time.One of my projects that stands out is the Arduino VR walking tracker, where I used an MPU6050 sensor and an Arduino Pro Micro to register keyboard inputs based on sensor values for VR movement. Another notable project is the Robo-Water Fetcher, a 3D-printed robot using an arduino mega and a spare android phone alongside using OpenCV to autonomously retrieve items around the room.These personal projects have allowed me to learn different disciplines within robotics, such as electronics, programming, and mechanical design. They have also enabled me to implement new technologies as they emerge, ensuring that I stay at the forefront of innovation.
